Review widget help

Hello,

I am needing help with form https://form.jotform.co/73038388591870 (equipment hire) with the "review widget". I would like to hide 'page 3' when people review the form before submission, I thought I followed the instructions but it still comes up when you click 'review'. It is not needed on the review page and will only confuse people. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can hide fields in the Preview Before Submit widget wizard by adding the exact Label. Please check my screenshot where to put it:
