issues of uploading and people getting kicked off

I can upload files to your form without any issue.
Same on my Android phone.
Perhaps your users are using an old browser on their mobile device that doesn't work properly with uploads? Please suggest them to use Chrome or Firefox. If they are using an iPhone, they should at least have the least Safari browser.
