I've cleared all submissions and cache but I'm still receiving an error message that says that there is no more upload space. Could you help please?

Your account is not over the limit with allowed submissions to keep or collect per month, but it is over the limit with upload space, which is 100MB total for Free accounts. You have to delete some of the submissions that have uploads in order to release the space.
But please be mindful that deleting of submissions is not irreversible.

Thanks for your help. We've deleted all the submissions but it's still full. Could you help check please?

You're correct, I reset your upload limit and re-activated your account.
