Hi ... I'm trying to downgrade to the free package but it returns an error. My business has changed and I no longer need the service.

Can you please confirm that you want to downgrade to free plan. I have to inform you that pricing plans have changed.
You are using a Premium plan which is no longer offered, and if you change your plan you are not able to benefit from this plan anymore. Please confirm so we can proceed downgrading.
