New form layout: Not showing all edits

I have just been creating a survey, but have noticed that certain elements that I have been editing consistently do not appear in the final form version:

    1. Breaker-headings are not showing the number of questions per section, even though I have indicated that they should, instead it says "Questions" no number, or worse "Questions 0" even though there are clearly questions under that heading

    2. a. Slider bars are not reflecting the scale I have stipulated, and continually reverse the scale so that instead of 'least' to 'most' going from left to right, it continues to be shown as right to left, regardless of what order I put the scale categories in.

    b. Also scales are not labelled, making it difficult for people to know without clicking on the scale itself, what the different options are. This make is very unfriendly to those people less tech-savvy and leads to them just ignoring the question instead. If I make the question compulsory, they ed up in a continuous loop and eventually seem to just give-up doing the survey all together.

Overall I really like the updated format and enhanced options provided in the bronze plan. But your designers have assumed that everyone who will be asked to fill out a form will be highly tech savvy. This is a bad assumption to make - in my experience 'dead obvious' is never obvious enough.

This problem seems to be now corrected. For example:

I could not find a slider widget. However if you mean the input table (its working now too)

Again you can see from the screenshot above that the input table is correctly labeled. Please try it again.
