Form is in restore mode. Please help.

    Hello,

    I have just resigned into my account, after a period of not using it. I have tried to make a form but it says form is in restore mode, how can I made the form work?

    Your account was in dormant status due to not using it for long time. I have reactivated your account. Your forms should be fine now.
