Password reset email is not being set

    Hi there,

    Trying to login to my account but it is not accepting my password.

    Tried resetting the password on multiple days, keeps saying that the email has been sent but it hasn't.

    Are you able to help me out?

    We have sent several emails with a reset link to this email { }

    Please check your inbox, if the link has expired send it again and try to change your password immediately.

    Hi Adrian,

    Thanks for your response.  I did not receive the response that you have linked to.

    I have not received any reset emails and have checked spam, junk and clutter folders as well as my inbox.

    I am also not receiving any Jotform response copies and I know that people are using the Jotform, and receiving their responses

    Could you please transfer the forms in my account to this account (

    I am receiving responses through this account.

    I checked email logs, all emails are showing as sent:

    Regarding the moving of forms, we can do that, but the request has to come from the account owner, and that's the issue now since you cannot access it.

    If you can provide screenshots of the submission emails received from any of the forms from NZAGC account, we could probably do more.

    We'll wait for your response.
