we have uploaded our coupon to stripe, but it is not working in the jot form when clients enter it in.

You posted the same inquiry yesterday, and my colleague has answered.
I checked the form, and indeed, your coupons were invalid when applied. I'd like to ask the same question if you have set the coupons to be limited to one use only. If you can send us a screenshot of how you configure a single coupon on Stripe, that will be appreciated. This would help us troubleshoot the problem.
Note that if in case the coupons are valid for one use only, you may consider changing this or add more coupons to the list.
