Autoresponder Not Working

After filling out a form the thank you page comes up but no email comes through to the person filling it out. I just turned on the autoresponder option today and I made sure to following the instructions on another blog post about how to set it up so I'm not sure why it's not working. Thank you!

I checked the page URL you provided and I can see that the Encryption Form Data is enabled to the form embedded to the website. Please take note that autoresponder email is not working by default if you enabled the Encryption Form Data.
