My forms are gone, I clicked on "go back to My Forms" and nothing is there.

I had a ton of forms and a ton of information and it's all gone or blank.  I am hoping this is a temporary bug. I was literally viewing my recent Submissions, it was all there, clicked on Jotform logo to go back to My Forms and nothing is there.

You do not have any forms in your account, that is the reason why the "My Forms" page is empty. Please make sure to click on the folder that has been shared with you, so the forms will show up:
