WePay Integration: Payment Error 1003 on submission

    Hi,
    I am unable to collect payment using wepay integration.Its showing 1003 error. Whats wrong with my account? Please advice.

    I have made a test submission and I was able to replicate the issue.

    I will forward this ticket to the developers and we will let you know when there is an update.

    What I can suggest you do is to remove the WePay Integration and add it again. After this, test the form again and see if the issue persists.

    We are sorry to hear that. I was able to reproduce the problem when I submit this form http://www.jotform.me/form/72161270653451.

    I have re-opened the bug ticket. Our developer will inform you here once this is fixed.

    Hello Rojo,

    Could you please re-connect your WePay account by explictely remove the payment field and add it again?

    This error often happens when a WePay account is being connected and gets error halfway through.

    Hi Omur,

    Wepay was working fine yesterday. I received few payments. My customers started complaining about 1003 error. I have reconnected wepay but the issue is not fixed.

    You're right, the same error appeared when I tested your form just now.

    As mentioned by our developer, did you actually deleted the payment field in your form and added a new one? If not, we suggest to try it so. But before doing that, you should download your submissions data for your backup copy. Deleting a field also delete its associated data.
