Why does my submission not show all information

    I created a portrait agreement and tested it. The submission I received back only shows me the parts I filled out. It doesn't show the actual terms of the agreement. How can I make sure I get back a submission with all information so we can print and show to the client should a problem arise?

    Do you mean the Notification email?


    You can edit the Email Template that is sent to the user who submits the form and to you.

    To see all the form headers and texts on the submissions page, make sure the "Show headers and texts" option is checked.

    You can also use the Terms & Conditions Widget if the user has to Agree to some Terms.
