How can the JotForm branding be removed?

Hey 

I use to receive no branding at the bottom of my forms.

Now they popped up.

Any possible reason ? if so i cant justify a $20 a month payment. I get maybe 1 or 2 submissions a month.

The JotForm branding has been applied for quite some time to Free accounts.  Currently, the only way to removing the branding would be to upgrade to a subscription of Bronze or higher.
