Will JotForm Create an online chat support tool?

I was curious if JotForm is creating an online chat support tool?  This would be most helpful and really bring the service up a notch.

We do have an chat support, and it is available when the forums and email are manageable.

We don't have it on the regular basis yet, I'm afraid, but we will certainly inform you if it becomes available.

Please do let me know as it's a most desirable function.  It's more immediate and needed when you're trying to figure something out as it can take a while for questions to get answered and they often result in additional questions.

We'll certainly do, but that depends on the load in our Support forum currently and the staff available, however, it is something we are aiming for.
