My name is Mia and I am a part of a non-profit organization contacting your help center in regards to one of our forms that we use to sell items in our shop that went down for a couple of days. Whenever we tried to open our form it would only show a blank white page with nothing to click. Although as of today, we have checked back in with the form and it seems to be working again.
We were just curious for the reasoning of this problem (or maybe clitch) and if this was a sitewide jotform system problem. Our form is thankfully working now but we are afraid that this may happen again to our form again in the near future.

We are not having any server issue at the moment. If this happens again, please try using a different internet browser.
You can also try clearing your form cache by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache
Do you remember the exact date when this issue happens?

Thank you for the quick reply. The first day we noticed that the from was
blank was Tuesday, January 16th 2018. Although this was the first day that
we noticed and we are not sure if the form had been blank before Tuesday

Thank you for the information. I have one user that day reported the same issue. I do not see any error in the form, but re-saving it by doing a small change in the form builder fixes it. I would suggest doing the same if the issue happens again. And yes, clear your forms cache after re-saving.
