I have a form titles 2018 Masters Club that is receiving a lot of submissions. Many users are complaining that their uploads are not attaching, when I ask them to send me the file to attach for them, they are often less than 100kb and I have no issue uploading them to their submission.
I know that some of the people uploading them know how to do so and I do not believe it is user error.
I also just uploaded one to a submission for Peggy Kengle and was successful, but when I went back right after to edit some other lines, the report was missing and when trying to reattach it, I am getting an error message and cannot do anything.

I have cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue but I couldn't.
I was able to upload files and edit the submissions without a problem. I have removed the payment field though.
Can you please answer some questions that would help us isolate the problem.
1. Are you having problems to edit this submission only?
2. Do you know what kind of error are the users getting when you say files are not attaching?

I am having problems with all submissions. If a submission has an attachment, when I go to edit the form, it removes the attachment and I cannot save any changes to the form. (with an upload required). I removed the required upload, but it still removes the attachment, but allows me to save.
If the submission does NOT have an attachment, I have no issues editing the form, so long as I attach an upload (no issues after removing the required upload.
Nothing looks wrong to the users when they submit, it looks like the attachment is there and when we receive the submission, it disappears.

Below are the screenshots, 1st pic has the attachment. 2nd one is when I go to edit, you'll notice the attachment is gone.

I can see the same issue you're reporting and it seems to happen when you're accepting multiple files, I will report it to our second level, we will keep you updated via this thread.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
There was a temporary issue with the file upload which has been fixed by now. The files should be displaying correctly when the submission is being edited. Please check again and let us know if you need any further assistance.
