How Do I Upload A Document?

Asked by KLTrueColors on October 02, 2012 at 03:15 PM

    Hi,

How do I upload a document on my form for people to open and download/print out?  Also, in reading the descriptions of my level of membership (the free version) can I only receive 100 submissions from my one application each month or I can only create 100 forms a month? I just want to make sure because I anticipate over 200 people to fill out this form.

    Thank you,

    Victoria

    Hi,

Unfortunately, there is no option for that. But, as an alternative you may upload your own file to your server and place a download link on your form using the Free Text (HTML) tool.

The 100 submission limit is the total submissions made to all of your forms, regardless how many your forms are. Thus, you may create several forms as you like, but you need to make sure that you will not go over the 100 submissions quota as your forms will be suspended once you go over it. If your expecting more than 100 submissions we suggest you to upgrade your account: http://www.jotform.com/pricing

    Thank you.
