Why does my customers gets a blank page when they click the next button of my form?

    My customers can't order from this link

    they fill out info and than hit next and goes to blank screen


    Please advise quickly so i don't lose sales

    I think this happens because of some empty pages added to your form. Try to delete everything unnecessary like shown bellow

    That is because you added a page break in the form and left the other pages empty. You may consider deleting the page break to fix that.
