When I have created a form with added code, how to embed on tumblr?

I have a form, that the excellent support staff at jotform have helped me add mathematical equations to the form fields. I am not experienced what so ever about implementing code on a website, and was trying to setup a tumblr where these forms code be accessed by my coworkers. Can I implement the custom code onto my tumblr page on the tumblr.com website?

Yes, you will be able to embed your form in your tumblr website. But we would suggest you use the iFrame method in embedding your code to tubmlr.

To get your form's iFrame code, please follow the steps below:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame

Just let us know if this doesn't work so that we can further assist you.

I wil try the iFrame, but do I paste the extra code that was written for me below the iframe code?

Here is a link to the other issue I was facing, where idarktech created a custom code for me.

Just trying to figure out how to get the entire working form (icluding the added code) on a website so I can have the simplest way to send out a link to the form.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the embed link on the jotform site does not allow for me to include, nor will it include the complete form, with the added code.  YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST, THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Your form's source codes, together with the custom script provided by my colleague in the thread you referred to, works okay on a tumblr post.

    Go check this out: http://jotform-neil.tumblr.com/post/5414804690/jotform-setconditions-action-field-59-vis

I am not sure if it's a good idea to use tumblr to host your form though, due to layout restrictions.

Anyway, if you still want to go through this, you must first set your account's post editor to this configuration:

    1.  While logged in to your Tumblr account, go to this add a text post page
    2.  In the HTML textarea, paste your form codes
    3.  Save your new post

    Hi Neil,

Thanks so much, I didn't have plain text/html selected, and it works now.

You are right about not using tumblr because of layout issues, I am only using it as a test/preview platform

(I couldn't think of any other site to test on)

I did notice you got yours to display wider, can you tell me how you did that?

I know I shouldn't use tumblr to display this form, but if I get this width correct, it will be completed.

    Thanks again!!!!

    Hi @neilvicente

I figured out my margin issues, and the script works great.

My only issue now is my conditions I set on jotform.com are not carrying over.

I will start a new question claim for this.
