I have 4 + Client Submission forms with payments that have NOT hit my PAYPAL acc. Can you please guide my next steps? Thanks, Lillian /Page URL:

The incomplete payments can be manually marked as completed; however, this does not charge the customer.

I would also recommend you to enable the IPN option on your account so completed payments are not marked as incomplete: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-on-your-Paypal-Account
You may also enable the incomplete payment notification and get notified when someone did not send you the payment through the form: https://www.jotform.com/help/273-How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-Email
Also, those payments that were not completed will need to be manually sent to you from your customers.
