How to pass infusionsoft contact ID to thank you page URL?

Hello,

I am using jotform with infusionsoft connector and I have my thank you page redirect. I am looking to pass the Infusionsoft contact ID when someone submits the form to the URL parameters of the thank you page URL that it is getting redirected to.

So jotform is creating the Infusionsoft contact and I want that contacts contact ID to be passed to the thank you page as a URL parameter

Please be noted that Infusionsoft integration can only send the form information to Infusionsoft but cannot receive the callback from Infusionsoft. If you need to receive the information from Infusionsoft, a custom integration is required to add to the full source code of the form and host it on your web server.
