Overcharged for upgrade, I need a refund, how long does it take to get refunded?

    Hi,

    When I initially purchased the upgrade I thought it was a monthly reoccurring fee not a lump sum yearly payment. I do not authorize that transaction nor was I authorized on that account. HOw long does it take to receive refund. Pls adv. it’s urgent.

    I checked and your account is on the Free plan. Your recent charge for the Silver Yearly plan was refunded.

    This was done by my colleague Aury via an email support.

    When I ordered, it charged me for the whole year. All at once not monthly.
    I know what your form shows but it charged me the annual because I need
    more than 10 payments per month. So now I have to redo everything and find
    some other form builder just because you charge yearly.

    As my colleague mentioned and like it is shown in his screenshot we have monthly, yearly and 2-year subscriptions. Our system will not charge Yearly if the selected option is Monthly.

    Is it possible that you accidentally selected the Yearly option?

    Ma’am I want the yearly package but I don’t want it on a yearly basis I
    want to pay the $34 per month otherwise I am not able to get the yearly at
    the time. I require to receive more than 10 payments per month so I jose
    the $34 one. The middle one. However only he cheapest one is monthly but I
    wanted the next one.

    So you did select the Yearly ($390 /year) option for the Silver subscription? Please note that when the yearly option is selected you will be charged for the full amount. You can not select the Yearly option and then pay monthly.

    Also, I am not sure where you found the $34 per month price. The price of the Silver Monthly subscription is $39. 

    If you want to pay monthly then select the Monthly option. The subscription will auto-renew until cancelled.

    No I don’t. I want the $39 packbut you don’t accept my monthly payments so
    I’ll have to find a service that will. It’s not worth $20 a month for only
    to receive 10 payments.

    Sorry, but we are a bit puzzled. In the pricing page, there's an option to pay on monthly basis.

    So when you select the Silver plan and pay monthly, you will be billed $39 on your first order then the same amount for the renewal. Example:

    You can also cancel your subscription anytime you wish.

    No, I did choose monthly and was billed yearly. I’ll go try again. But I
    can’t afford the yearly to happen again by default.

    Yes, it was already discussed here. The yearly upgrade you did was also refunded by my colleague.

    If you want to upgrade again, make sure to select the monthly schedule.
