Form is in restore mode

    hi there 

    I haven't used jotform for a while but a recent form I made can't be used because form is in restore mode. I believe my account needs reactivationg based on forum comments, how can I do this people?

    I have gone ahead and activated your account again. Your form are now back online.

    Do test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
