Forms not accepting credit cards for payments

    Hello, I recently noticed that my forms are not accepting anyone's cards for payment anymore. I was wondering if this could get fixed. thank you

    I can see two active forms in your account that are both integrated with Square payment vendor.

    With regards to your concern, does it mean that your respondents are unable to submit your form(s) because their card is not being accepted? Or, are they getting an error just by trying to fill your form?

    Have you tried testing your form by making an actual submission?

    Have you also tried re-saving the integration?

    My clients are trying multiple cards on the contract and telling me it is not being accepted. So I am having to send them separate invoices to receive the payment. It just stopped working all of a sudden with the contracts

    My clients are saying that their cards are not being accepted and they have tried multiple cards. So I am having to do a separate invoice through square to their email to receive their payment

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience, but can you tell us exactly was is happening and which of the forms you have that is integrated with Square are your clients experiencing the issue, please?

    Also, when you say "their cards are not being accepted", do they encounter the issue when they are trying to fill up the form or after they try to submit it? Was there any error message that appears each time?

    Is the form embedded on any website?
