A completed form in PDF doesn't look the same as the empty form

    Hello,

I'm loving Jotform but I have a question about PDF's.  I've created a form for our customers to fill in.  When the form is submitted, it's attached to the email but it doesn't look like the online form as somethings are missing like the images and long text boxes that give instructions for example.

Is there a way to get the PDF to look exactly like the online form?

    Thanks,

    Paul.

If you want to show the texts and headers in your form in the PDF copy of submission produced when your form is submitted, please see this guide — How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF

However, if you want to have the PDF copy to look exactly like the online form, then I suggest you do the instructions in this guide — How-to-Print-the-Form-with-the-Users-Data then just save the form as PDF instead of actually printing it — How-to-save-a-webpage-as-a-pdf?

I hope this helps. If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us again anytime.
