Export to EXCEL or CSV generates empty file.

Basically, we have this issue with all the forms - we are not able to recover anything in xlxs or csv.

I can confirm that your submissions are all blank. That's why your downloads are also blank.

To resolve the issue go to your profile's data section and uncheck the option to store your data only in Europe (Germany).

 Then your data will show.
