Not all files in a jotform were uploaded to dropbox

    Some of the files were missing from the jotform dropbox folder. We have seen this on a few other submissions too.

    May we know the form URL to which this problem happens?

    Just an FYI, sometimes this problem happens when the max file size allocated for the upload field is smaller than the uploaded files, can you check if that was the case? You may also try re-integrating your form with dropbox.
