How do I get the auto-email function to send a confirmation email showing details of their registration to the registrant? Currently it is not sending.

Two of your forms are currently disabled. Which form is not sending the autoresponder email? I checked your KCHDA Competition Entry Form, you have a custom message in the autoresponder email.
If you wish to send a copy of their submission, you may consider creating a new autoresponder email.
You should keep the table where the questions and answers are placed.
Also, we suggest using email@example.com as the sender email. If you wish to use your own, please do it by SMTP:
