Autorespond email to include first name

Hi

I'd like the autoresponder to send an email to the recipient and use the first name field I.e. Dear [John].

I've tried various form codes but none of them work.

You should use the Unique Name of the field for that.

An easy way to add them is to click the Form Fields drop-down and select the field that you want to add.

Clicking Name will add the text {name} to the editor.

That will include the full name (first name and last name).

If you want to include the first name only, use it like this: {name:first}
