YacineAsked on January 19, 2018 at 10:20 AM2. By the way, back to the 1st and single time it worked, I tried the “upload function” (i.e. THE only reason why I choose “jotform”) while uploading a simple .txt file => I unfortunately haven’t been able to download this file back while well received the notification email and download link but the following error message appeared then when clicking : “404 Not Found : /jufs/yacinenj/80182805729360/3921716461819932648/qsd.txt”

Hi
Thanks for your quick return :)
Yes indeed after checked, it works for .jpeg, .doc and .pdf files while in my test, it was a .txt file which failed to be uploaded.
Thus and at last, my question would be different :
1. Could you tell which type of file are able to be uploaded ?
2. Could you tell what is the size limit per file / upload ?
(in order for me to precise it straightly in my forms so as no to face any such problems)
Best
