Why is submit button hidden sometimes?

We use one of our forms as an application for outside candidates who want to work with us.  In the last 6 weeks we have had 3 complaints that there is no submit button at the bottom of the form.  In 2 cases the form came through regardless, but today I received the same complaint and no form came through.  What do you suggest we do?  In our line of work we need this to work consistently.  We can't afford to miss applications.

Have you embedded your form to your website? If yes which embed method have you used? if you have not used iframe method kindly try using iframe method and let us know if it works.

Also kindly share the website you have embedded your form in so that we can make further analysis of the issue.

The other issue may be due to the fact that your form is in white background and the submit button is in grey. This may pose as a problem for user who can not see clearly as the submit button is camouflaged by the form background.

The most likely reason if you have not embedded your form to a website is probably users can not see the submit button because of the color.

The other possible solution would be users are using a different devices and probably the button is hidden. If this is the case we may need the details of the device used so that we can work on making the display visible.
