Is there a way that I can have each team create it own spreadsheet automatically

Hi there, 

Ok here is the problem

I have people that must sign waivers for each team. Besides creating a separate spreadsheet for each team.  Is there a way that I can have each team create it own spreadsheet automatically and show on another form so that the captain/coach can verify there team members? I know I am asking for the impossible.

May I ask if each team uses their own separate form?

If they are, then you can use google spreadsheet integration to each form.

Then you can use the email to forward the google spreadsheet shared link to the appropriate captain/coach so they can review the spreadsheet separately.

You can use conditional email to have the email message with link of the google spreadsheet only specified to the correct captain/coach.
