Adding signature wizard

I have added signature wizard "Sig Plus".  Published form and sent it to my iPad.

The signature space says "Signature Tablet is not installed"

How would I install this activate on the iPad? 

Next, this is a delivery form that will be filled out in advance several time.

How would I save the completed forms to be used by delivery person?

The delivery person would pull up the completed form and just have customer sign the form.
