Please note that JotForm is an auto-renewal service as stated on our terms

Automatic Renewal. Paid accounts are subscriptions. This means that you will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. YOUR JOTFORM SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH BILLING CYCLE UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR JOTFORM SUBSCRIPTION BY SELECTING THE FREE PLAN ON THE BILLING PAGE. You can also cancel by emailing the JotForm Support Team at support@jotform.com. When you downgrade your account will remain at your current plan through the end of your current billing cycle.

You may indeed manually send the payment through any of the methods listed below:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/352-How-to-Upgrade-and-Pay-by-Mail-Check-Money-Order

    https://www.jotform.com/help/353-How-to-Upgrade-and-Pay-by-Purchase-Order

    https://www.jotform.com/help/354-How-to-Upgrade-and-Pay-by-Wire-Transfer

However, please note the following things:

    - The payment needs to be sent before the next billing date, manual payments as check or purchase order usually take one month to be processed and reflected on your account. You can also check the next billing date on the billing section of your account: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

    - When you're using any of the payment methods listed above you will be able to purchase a yearly or bi-yearly subscription only since manual process is involved.

I can see your subscription has been already cancelled and you will be downgraded back to free on the next billing date.

If you have questions, please let us know.
