Unable to access my account - Login Autosuspended

    Good afternoon!


    My account has been auto suspended and I was wondering why? I am looking to complete a form I am working on.

    Hello,

    Your account got automatically suspended by our anti-phishing filter tool. Upon investigating it, I noticed that you're asking for login information and SSN. As per our terms, collecting sensitive information is not allowed here in JotForm.

    We need to remove the guilty fields so we can re-activate your account. If that is okay with you, please let us know.

    I have gone ahead and deleted the suspected form field and activated your account as well. Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
