How to change the name in the Title Bar and in the Header?

    I cloned a form and edited it to make a new form- but when I post it online- it pulls the original name of the form. I changed the name in the title bar and in the header

    You can change the Page Title on the Form Settings page. I created a screen animation guide that you can follow:

    Hi there,
    I already did that and it still wouldn't change.
    I cloned the form again and the new name stuck- so it's fixed.
