Payments from form

    Several registrants lately have not been redirected to PayPal or the Credit Card payment when they've chosen either one from the drop down options. I can't figure out what's going on. Will you please help me resolve this matter?

    Seems like on the Thank You page you have added this url: http://southwestashiatsu.com/class-deposits

    That means every time someone submits the form, the form will be redirected to that link. You can create a conditional logic for Thank you page. Please follow the instructions on the link below:
