I assume you're referring to payment submissions since Free plans will be limited to 1 payment submission per month.

I’m not sure what “payment submissions” are exactly. Can you explain? I’m asking this question. I have the free plan. If 5 people a month donate is that considered 5 payment submissions?

If you are selling something through your form(s), data submitted from such forms is considered as payment submission.

If you are just collecting information, without payment, then that is considered as a regular submission.

So, in your case, if you have 5 people submitting a form and donate through it, then that is considered as 5 payment submissions.
