Hi! I've used your name field to collect names - fine so far, but I have someone with a triple-name and I'm trying to work out which is their given name and which is their surname.

    Is this possible to extract?

    The format is

    Kok Kian Tay

So I'm not sure if he is Kok, Kok Kian, Kian Tay or Tay!

    Thanks,

    Simon.

    Hi Simon,

In the notification and submissions section the name field is also displayed as first then last name, unfortunately though there is no option to check as to which part of the field did the user entered the middle name since when displayed it is considered as 1 field question. You may need to contact the user to clarify this information, to prevent this happening in the future it would be a good idea to create three separate text box corresponding to first, middle and last name to avoid mix up.

    Thanks for using JotForm!

Is there a way to go back through the logs to see what was entered into the form? It’s embarrassing. Along with the date option, the pre-configured fields seem to be more trouble than they’re worth!

I understand that it will be in the order entered, but I don't know whether their name is

    "NAME1 NAME2" "NAME3"

    or "NAME1" "NAME2 NAME3"

It's not a middle name, it's part of either their given name or their Surname.

How can I configure two fields to line up in a row and have a field without a title?
