I cant figure out once the form is filled out and sumitted to send to an email address

You can do this with some easy steps
1. Click the Settings option on the top
2. Select Form Settings from the left hand side
3. Click Show more options button on the main screen
4. Once you scroll down you can see "Send Post Data" option
5. Select "Yes" from the list box if it is not already selected
6. Now click the "Emails" option on the left hand side
7. You will be able to see options already set where email will be sent to your registered email address, which can be edited along with the Email content with all form fields embedded to it
