How to translate country list in address field to German?

I'm trying to build a form in German than includes the address field. The country list is in English, though. How can I change the country list to German?

In this question, https://www.jotform.com/answers/1042740-Address-field-Language-for-country-list-values you demonstrated a workaround to do this manually, but I can't find where to enter the country translations.

The other thread shows our old layout, and the form is using our Dropdown field and not the regular address field.

It's currently not possible to translate the list of countries in the regular address field. A workaround would be to do the same method of having a single dropdown instead of the address field. You can turn off the Country in the Address field settings:
