The form Debt Review Cancellation has been set to reply to email. The intention here was to reply to the client. However we notice that out autoreply is sending to no-replyjotform instead of the client's email address in the form. How do we fix this?

I checked your email notification and I can see that the "Reply To" field is set to the "Email" field. This is the correct configuration. It means that the "Reply To" field will be the email address entered by the user.
Please take note that the "Reply To" field is different from the "Sender Email" (From). You can find this option in the "Advanced" tab of the email wizard. As you can see, by default, the Sender Email is noreply@jotform.com.
However, once you click the "Reply" button in the actual email, the email recipient will be the "Reply To" field and not the Sender Email. Here's an example:
