    Hi,

Can you please try to re-embed your form, still using the iFrame method.

To get your form's iFrame code, please follow the steps below:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame

Just let us know if this doesn't work so that we can further assist you.

I just made a change to the form, and now it's working. But I'm confused, it seems like it changed on it's own. For example, I had the font set to Arial, but when I checked it, it had been changed to a serifed font. So I don't know what happened, since I didn't make any changes to it. But whatever it was, it's working now. But how can I keep this from happening in the future?
    Thanks.

    Hi Elle,

Using the iFrame embed method should keep any JotForm code seperate from that on your webpage which should prevent issues like this happening again.

    Thanks.

I have been using the iFrame all along. And this isn't the first time a form has seemed to change on it's own. I'm just wondering how/why it happens.

We apologize for the inconvenience.  I have confirmed the error and in order to rectify it, please replace the URL on the embed code from:

    https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/20956045146958 to

    https://secure.jotform.com/form/20956045146958

I believe it may have to do with a migration to a more powerful cloud of servers that we are currently going through.  This has caused some temporary replication issues to some of our customers and for that we again apologize.

Thank you for understanding and please let us know if the issue re-occurs after you make the suggested change.

    Hello Elle,

    Ed Mendez here again.

I would like to rectify my prior statement.  I have not been able to reproduce the issue, however, the suggestion above and explanation are still valid.

Please do let us know if this happens again!
