My forms are not going to the right email

    I have two forms through Jotform. but whenenver someone fill out a form on our website ( it doesnt go to the email( 


    I am not sure what i am doing wrong, as we are not getting the forms or the alerts..

    Can you please configure your email alerts' sender name and email to "JotForm" and "", respectively.

    If changing Sender name and email does not help, ask your hosting provider to add these IP addresses to their whitelist:
