I am suspended. I don't know why. Can you help please ?

    Your account (lennad) is currently suspended. This form (BLANK REGISTRATION FORM) triggered the suspension. Upon checking, I found out that there are regular text fields that are asking for credit card details.


    Collecting credit card information using regular text fields are not allowed here in JotForm. This violates our terms of use

    We need to delete the guilty form or guilty fields so that we can reactivate your account. If that is okay with you, please let us know.

    If you need to collect payments from your users, please use one of our payment processors. Please refer to this guide: Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form. You may also capture the card details and charge the user at a later date, here's how: How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization.

    I have deleted those fields from your form and reactivated your account.

    Make sure none of your forms is against our terms of use.
