When someone fills out my contact form I get 2 notifications. 1 from the correct contact form, them 1 from another contact for that I created. I did duplicate 1 form to create another. How do I correct this issue?

It sounds like one of the form's notifications needs to be deleted. Please do the following:
1. Load the form into the form builder and while on the Setup & Embed tab, click Email Alerts
2. Click each of the notifications in turn to view their contents and delete the one not appropriate for that form. (Judging from the subject line of each notification, it appears that Notification 2 is the one that needs to be deleted.)
