Is there a way to add a navigation to a form?
I would ideally like to have a small navigation above the form with active states which tell you what page of the form your currently on. If it is also possible, a way to click one of those titles to go back instead of having to use the 'go back' button?

It is not something that is currently available as part of the form builder at this moment.
We do have the page breaks that can help a user navigate through the form and that can make navigation between pages easier.
You may be able to split the form in sections(multiple forms), and be able to navigate from section(form)to section(form) using links on each form. In order to do this, you would have to apply the information explained on this guide slightly different so that users don't navigate to a clreared section.
The dissadvantage to this approach would be that it will produce multiple submissions, one per section(form).
If you are willing to give the method described here, let us know the form ID and we would be glad to assist you!
