Would it be possible to open submitted forms and edit it?

Hello, I see there are several options to insert a field where someone can put their own signature. But what if two people have to sign, and they are not on the same place at the same time?

Would it be possible to reopen an already signed and submitted form, where the already filled in fields are locked, add another signature, and submit it for the second time?

You can use Save Forms and Continue Later. You can check the guide at this link.

Then have two autoresponders ,to send it to person 1 and 2 so they can edit the form.

Do take note that unfortunately, you cannot make the fields un-editable or locked when the user edit the forms again.

But we can add a code where the user must enter it before he can edit the form and depending on that code we can disable or enable the fields. You can use conditional logic for that.

Here is a sample screen cast when a code is given, a field will be shown and would be required.

    Hope this information helps.
