IMPORTANT & URGENT, - Submit button does not work

    When clicking on "submit", I am met with text Please wait. Then nothing happens.
    Please help me ASAP.

    Please also be aware that it is placed on a clients website. Meaning that when testing it, use "Test" as names etc.

    I tested out the form again in the website and it is working fine.

    Can you please try to clear the browser's cache and check if the issue persists.

    FYI

    Hi, I cleared the cache. Then when I used the form from the direct "jotform link, it worked. But not when I tried to use it from the page I have placed it at. 

    So in other words it seemed like there was some issue when using the form at "http://www.medinet.info.pl/kariera". So I replaced the code and then pasted once again. 

    Now it works.
