Can I make a one-time payment for an annual subscription without auto-renew?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. Please take not that our subscription is set  to auto-renew. However, you can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us here in the support forum or by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/341-How-to-Downgrade-Subscription-Back-to-Free-Account
